These Terms govern your use of Quota Video Sampler (“QVS”), developed and distributed by Rare Data LLC, Sacramento, CA, USA (“we,” “us,” “our”). By purchasing, downloading, or using QVS you agree to these Terms.

License Grant

• Purchasing QVS grants you a perpetual, non-transferable, single-seat license. You may install and activate the Software on one primary computer and one secondary backup device that you personally use.
• The license is for a single user. Sharing, leasing, or reselling license keys is prohibited without our written consent.
• The license includes all maintenance updates and fixes released for the purchased major version. Significant future expansions may be offered as paid upgrades, but QVS is not a subscription.

Acceptable Use

• You must only import, transcribe, or export media that you have the legal right to use. You are solely responsible for complying with copyright and licensing obligations.
• You may not reverse engineer, modify, or distribute QVS or its license keys.

Payments, Delivery & Activation

• Payments are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record.
• After checkout, Paddle delivers your license key and download link by email. Activation occurs locally inside the app and does not require an ongoing internet connection.

Refunds

• We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee. If QVS does not suit your workflow or cannot run properly on your system, contact support@getquota.app within 14 days of purchase with your Paddle receipt ID.
• Approved refunds revoke your license and deactivate the issued key.

Disclaimer

QVS is provided “as is.” While we work to ensure compatibility and stability, we are not liable for data loss, lost profits, or damages arising from its use.
