How to request a refund

• Email support@getquota.app within 14 days of purchase.
• Include the email used at checkout and your Paddle receipt ID.
• After approval, your license will be revoked and the key disabled.

Not eligible

• Requests submitted after 14 days.
• Abusive or repeated refund cycles.
• Misuse or violation of our Terms & Conditions.
