RARE DATA respects your privacy and designs Quota Video Sampler (QVS) to run entirely offline on your computer.

Desktop Application

• QVS processes your media, transcripts, and exports locally on your machine. We do not receive or collect that content.
• OpenAI Whisper transcription models run locally; no audio or transcript is sent to our servers.

Website & Commerce

• Our website uses minimal analytics (aggregate traffic data only). No personal browsing history is sold or rented.
• Purchases are handled by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Paddle stores the billing information required to complete the transaction; we do not see your credit card number.
• We collect your email address solely to deliver license keys, provide download links, and send important product updates.

Your Choices

• You may request deletion of contact information we store by emailing support@getquota.app.
• You can unsubscribe from product emails at any time via the link provided or by contacting support.
