How this works without an account

• Your purchase record lives with Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Your license key is generated from that record — which means it can always be re-generated. It’s never “gone for good.”
• Keys are only ever sent to the purchase email itself, so nobody else can fish for them.
• We don’t run accounts and we don’t keep a database of you. This page asks Paddle one question — “did this email buy something?” — rebuilds your keys, sends them, and forgets you were here.

Lost access to that email entirely?

Write support@getquota.app from your new address with your Paddle receipt or order number (or roughly when you bought and the card you used), and we’ll verify the purchase and re-issue your licenses to you directly.
